Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in your order total.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to  with your order number. We'll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
